This program is for U13 to U21 players registered in the competitive streams that play in the ARS Lac St‑Louis regional leagues.

Competition: LDR (Regional Development League) and, where applicable, LDIR (Interregional Development League), based on placement.

Targets (subject to change): typically 2 trainings/week, with league matches scheduled primarily on weekends. Final team groupings, schedules, and training frequency depend on registrations, evaluations, coach availability, field time, and official league calendars.
